In any story you have to have a who, what, where, when and why? This blog is meant to be a story or narrative for one side of our life.
A persons upbringing and life experience shapes how one will look at the world around them. In our life we have faced many challenges in the areas of food, clothing and toys. Can we eat better without spending tons of money, can we clothe ourselves without following trends and fads, is it possible not to have toys full of electronics and lead?
The answers we found suprised and encouraged us to not only have them for ourselves, but allow us to share them with others. We of course profit from this process which allows us to continue our journey. Our goal though is to inform and encourage all those we come into contact with to take a portion of the journey with us.
What we strive to do is use as many natural indgredients and materials as we can find, even upcycling when possible. We welcome any thoughts or suggestions that our readers/customers are willing to share.
